Step 1 Analyze your current case packing setup

We analyze your current case packing setup and provide advice. Where do you want to be in the foreseeable future?

Step 2 Visualize the product into the case

Together we visualise the product into the case. We advise a smart packing pattern and case design. And we take into account existing case packing guidelines from the brand owner, such as the type of carton, use of tape, tuc-in, etc.

In addition, we advise on how to transport your products in a safe and efficient way, horizontally or vertically.

Step 3 Prototyping the case

After visualizing the case design we create the prototype by using our inhouse design lab and cutting table. Three-way collaboration between the customer, BPA and the cardboard supplier is key.

Step 4 Feedback from the retailer

The prototype, along with the sketches and 3D models, will be used to organize feedback from the retailer.

Step 5 Support for final decision making

To support the decision making process we provide insight in the proposed solution via: the machine lay out, the case design and prototype, the packing pattern, the case packing speed, changeovers in detail, return on investment and more.
