1. Sustainable Operations

We integrate sustainability into our operations by:

  • Implementing climate-neutral business processes.

  • Realizing CO2 storage and energy-efficient buildings.

Our new building (2024) is almost entirely made of wood, with CO2 storage equivalent to the annual electricity consumption of 727 households, 1462 solar panels, and 1 megawatt-hour battery storage.

Our existing building (2017) boasts an A+++ energy label, underfloor heating, triple glazing, and >1500 solar panels.

2. Energy Efficiency

Our machines are designed to consume less energy, both during production and when used by our customers. Innovations include:

  • Reduced use of pneumatic systems.

  • More efficient vacuum technologies.

  • Development of vacuum vessels.

3. Waste Management

We minimize waste streams in our production processes and support customers in reducing packaging waste. Measures include:

  • Waste reduction, waste separation and recycling of materials.

  • Innovative solutions like wrap-around packaging, stack labeling, and dropbag packers.

  • Preventing packaging errors with features like seal checks, bag inspectors, and metal detection.

4. Compact and Long-Lasting Machines

Our machines are designed with a compact footprint, optimizing transport and storage in factories. Additionally, we prioritize high-quality designs that ensure long-term efficiency and reliability, reducing the need for frequent replacements and minimizing the overall ecological footprint.
